Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g brown cane sugar
- 2 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp chili pepper(s), dried, finely ground, more or less if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
a wonderful cocoa spice
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and let stand for a few hours. Then grind everything in a blender until not too fine. Tastes amazing in hot chocolate—the higher the cocoa content, the better. Or, in a generous amount, on fresh strawberries…
