- 500 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 150 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
- n. B. herbal salt or salt
- 1 tsp mixed herbs, frozen
Instructions

Wash the Chinese cabbage, quarter it, and cut it into strips about 1 cm wide. Grate the apple and carrots and mix them with the Chinese cabbage. Mix the yogurt with herb salt or salt and herbs (I use a frozen herb mix). Mix the yogurt dressing with the salad just before eating. Approx. 68 kcal per serving.
