Chinese cabbage salad with mie noodles

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 8 spring onions
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • 2 packs of Chinese egg noodles (Mie noodles)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 150 g almonds
  • 40 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 75 g sugar
  • 150 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the vinegar, sugar, oil, and soy sauce until the sugar has melted. Then let it cool. Break the noodles into small pieces and toast them in the butter along with the almonds and sesame seeds. Let it cool. Finely chop the cabbage and finely slice the spring onions. Mix everything well just before serving.
