Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 can sprouts (mung bean sprouts)
  • 1 pack of Chinese egg noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • oil

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Cut the turkey into strips and fry briefly in oil. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the leeks, and add them to the pan with the meat. Drain the bean sprouts and add them to the pan. Sauté everything briefly. Add the noodles and stir everything thoroughly again. Season with soy sauce. A very quick and delicious recipe from a good friend.
