Turkey fillet in a juice – mustard – cream – sauce

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 750 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g cream cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 500 g ribbon noodles or spaetzle
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with tagliatelle

Dice the turkey, sear well on all sides in oil, and then keep warm. Fry the onions until translucent. Then add the apple juice, mustard, cream, and cream cheese and bring the sauce to a boil. Season with lemon juice, plenty of garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the diced tomatoes and the meat and let it simmer briefly. Cook the tagliatelle until al dente and serve as a side dish.
