Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp spring onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- ½ tsp oil (sesame oil)
- 1 tbsp vinegar, white rice vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- Pepper, white
- Sugar
- 2 large tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
For the dressing, mix all ingredients thoroughly and set aside. Thinly slice the tomatoes and arrange on a serving plate. Drizzle with dressing.
