Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 250 g butter (semi-skimmed butter)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thermomix, Low fat, WW

For the Thermomix: Chop the garlic cloves and chives on speed 5 for 6 seconds. Scrape down the mixture with a spatula. Add the butter (cut into pieces), salt, and pepper. Mix on speed 4 reverse for 10 seconds. Done! Without the Thermomix: Finely chop the garlic and chives, mix with the room-temperature butter, and season with salt and pepper. Done! Delicious with steaks or simply on farmhouse bread. Best prepared the day before.
