Chives and Egg Sauce

The perfect chives and egg sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 grated Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 4 hard boiled Eggs
  • 1 bunch Chives, cut into fine rolls
  1. Mix the quark and sour cream and add the garlic and season well with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the hard-boiled eggs and fold them into the sauce along with the chives and serve with jacket potatoes.
