Chives and Egg Sauce
The perfect chives and egg sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Sour cream
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 1 grated Clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
- 4 hard boiled Eggs
- 1 bunch Chives, cut into fine rolls
- Mix the quark and sour cream and add the garlic and season well with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the hard-boiled eggs and fold them into the sauce along with the chives and serve with jacket potatoes.
