Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sweets (Choco Crossies)
  • 50 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 tsp cocoa, real
  • 50 g brittle and 3 tbsp extra
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 75 ml oil
  • Cake icing (chocolate icing)
  • 12 paper baking cups

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the eggs until frothy, add the sugar, and continue whisking. Stir in the yogurt and oil. Crumble the Choco Crossies in a freezer bag. Mix with the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, 50g of the praline, and the chocolate sprinkles, and quickly stir into the egg mixture. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the muffin cases in the muffin tin and fill the muffin cases with batter using a tablespoon. Bake the muffins for about 35 minutes, then let them cool. Cover with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with praline.
