Minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 500 ml meat broth
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, dried
  • Basil, dried
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the minced meat, onions, and garlic and season with pepper. Wash the bell pepper, cut it into pieces, and brown it. Deglaze with the meat broth and passata. Add the tomato paste and sambal oelek. Season everything generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
