Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g coconut oil
  • 260 g powdered sugar
  • 90 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp potato flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the chocolate molds in cold water. Place a saucepan on the stove and combine the dry ingredients. Melt the coconut oil in a bowl over a moderately hot water bath. Add the dry, mixed ingredients. Then add the rum and let it rest in the lukewarm water bath for half an hour. Finally, pour into the chocolate molds. Let cool and remove from the molds.
