Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, waxy, peeled
  • 30 g butter or olive oil
  • some sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cook the potatoes in the steamer and then toss them in a pan with a little butter or olive oil. Season with sea salt and serve hot.
