Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- some rum flavor
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g chocolate shavings, dark or milk
- 100 g ground almonds
- 125 g flour
- 1 jar sour cherries or other fruits, drained
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Combine the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, rum flavoring, baking powder, and flour in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Slowly beat in the eggs, one at a time. Finally, add the grated chocolate and almond flour and stir gently. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (approx. 40 x 20 cm) and lightly press the cherries into the batter. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes. Alternatively, other fruits such as pears or apricots can be used.
