  • 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 350 g Sour cherries from the glass
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 4 piece Amarettini almond biscuits

  • Stir the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil with 30 g of sugar in a saucepan. Stir in the milk powder, bring to the boil briefly and remove from the stove. Let the chocolate pudding cool down. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and stir into the chocolate pudding.
  • Put the cherries in a saucepan with the juice from the glass, bring to the boil. Mix the cornstarch with a little water in a beaker until smooth and stir into the cherries until the cherry juice is slightly thick.
  • Layer the chocolate mousse and the cherry compote alternately in about 4 glasses. Finally, spread a dollop of cherry compote and a biscuit on each.
