Quick Chocolate Cherry Dessert

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Frozen sour cherries
  • 4 Centiliters Brandy
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Food starch
  • 1 leaf Gelatin white
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 60 g Milka chocolate semi-sweet
  • 20 g Dark chocolate 72%
  • 0,5 teaspoon Cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Bring the cherries to the boil briefly with brandy and sugar. Simmer for three minutes on a low heat. Take off the stove and let cool down a bit. Drain and collect the juice.
  • Mix the cornstarch with a little juice until smooth. Bring the remaining juice to the boil. Stir in the cornstarch, bring to the boil and remove from the stove. Mix in the cherries and let cool.
  • Soak gelatine in cold water. Heat the cream. Take off the stove. Melt the chocolate in it. Stir in cocoa powder. Squeeze out the gelatine well and dissolve it in the warm chocolate cream. Let cool a little and fill into two dessert glasses. Chill for an hour.
  • Spread the cherries on top of the chocolate and chill until ready to serve.
