Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g biscuit(s) (chocolate butter biscuits), Turkish
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 cup milk, small cup
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa, if desired
- n. B. Desiccated coconut
Instructions

Crumble the chocolate butter cookies and place them in a bowl. Add the softened butter, a small cup of milk, the egg, the 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and the vanilla sugar packet. Knead until well blended. If only regular butter cookies are available, add 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Form the mixture into small balls. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut until the entire ball is coated. Repeat this process with all the balls. Once all the mixture is used up, refrigerate the balls (approx. 1-2 hours). Once they have cooled, they can be served as skewers by inserting toothpicks into the balls.
