Strawberry-Rhubarb Punch

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 part juice (rhubarb juice)
  • 2 parts sparkling wine or Prosecco
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 small strawberries
  • possibly mint, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Summer punch, very drinkable also as an aperitif

Place the ice cubes in a champagne glass. Chop the strawberries into small pieces and add them to the glass. Fill with 2/3 of the sparkling wine and 1/3 of the rhubarb juice. If you like, you can also add chopped mint to the glass.
