Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp rum flavoring
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Make a batter, then stir in the chocolate sprinkles and 2-4 mashed bananas with a fork. Spread into a round pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C.
