Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ pack of dry yeast
- 3 tbsp almond milk (almond drink)
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 500 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place. Bake the flatbread in a pan or smaller ones in a waffle iron.
