Pastries: Chocolate Banana Muffins
The perfect pastries: chocolate banana muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 25 g Desiccated coconut
- 3 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 3 tbsp Coconut blossom sugar
- 0,5 tsp Vanilla powder or cinnamon
- 50 g Dark chocolate droplets
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
- 3 Pc. Very ripe bananas
- 80 g Milk or vegetable milk
- Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Puree with the bananas and milk. Mix with the dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate drops last. Fill into muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 160 degrees circulating air (or 180 degrees top / bottom heat) for about 20 – 25 minutes.
- The desiccated coconut can also be omitted without replacement. For another variant you can z. B. Stir in 15 g cocoa powder. The amount makes about 12 pieces.
