Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 chocolate (cooking chocolate)
- 1 tsp fat (e.g. Ceres)
- 100 ml whipped cream
- possibly lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, peel the bananas and then cut them in half to create two equal-looking pieces. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice, if desired, to prevent them from browning. Place the cooking chocolate and fat in a heatproof, microwave-safe dish. Microwave this for about 2.5-3 minutes at 750 watts. You can also melt the chocolate (though this will take more time) in a water bath. After the time has elapsed, stir the mixture until smooth. Then pour it over the bananas and refrigerate. When the chocolate layer is set, serve with whipped cream.
