Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 175 g wheat flour
  • possibly hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp water or lemon juice
  • possibly dark chocolate coating
  • n. B. Sweets for garnishing
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick to make, great for children’s birthdays etc.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) (gas mark 3). Beat the butter or margarine with a hand mixer until smooth, then gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, wheat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and milk until the mixture forms a thick batter. Pour the batter into one or more greased bear-shaped baking tins and place them on the oven rack (center) for about 25 minutes. Fill the tins only 3/4 full. After baking, remove the bears from the tins and let them cool. Mix the powdered sugar with water or lemon juice and coat the cooled bears with it. Decorate the bears with sweets as desired (chocolate button for a nose, paws made from caster sugar, etc.). Tip: Replace 50g of the flour with ground hazelnuts and coat the bears with 200g of melted semi-sweet chocolate coating.
