Chocolate bonbons muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 75 ml oil
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g low-fat yogurt
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 24 candies (chocolate candies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the eggs and whisk the egg yolks and oil until creamy. Stir in 100g of powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and yogurt. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 50g of powdered sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder. Gently fold the egg whites and flour alternately into the yogurt mixture. Line a muffin tin (for 12 muffins) with paper baking cups. Fill with half of the batter. Place two chocolate bonbons in each muffin and spread the remaining batter evenly on top. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven (175°C for electric ovens, 150°C for fan ovens) for about 20 minutes.
