Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 125 g chocolate block, grated
- 125 g milk chocolate
- 250 g almonds, ground
- 100 g flour
- 1 cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the grated chocolate, almonds, and flour. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the base for 20 minutes at approximately 175°C (top/bottom heat). Allow to cool, then cover with chocolate glaze and cut into diamond shapes.
