Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 200 ml orange juice
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 200 g dark chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Beat eggs with sugar until thick and creamy. Add oil and juice. Quickly stir in flour, baking powder, and cocoa. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan, bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 40-45 minutes, and let cool. Cover the cake with melted dark chocolate.
