Peach Clafouti for two

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 ½ cup(s) peach(s), in wedges, skinned
  • 80 ml milk
  • 80 ml coffee cream
  • 1 egg(s) (room temperature)
  • 15 g flour
  • 15 g sugar
  • ½ tsp flavoring (vanilla extract)
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar, for serving

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a small, oval ovenproof dish with butter and sprinkle with the first amount of sugar. Place the peach slices in a single layer in the dish. Mix together the milk, coffee cream, egg, flour, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt until smooth. Pour the batter over the peaches. Bake the clafouti for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and nicely risen. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
