Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 150 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer on high speed for 2-3 minutes. Then pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 1 hour. Baileys can also be used to replace the cream, which gives the cake a very delicate flavor.
