Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 350 ml milk
- 150 g oil or butter
- 3 eggs (size M)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp flavoring (e.g. rum or orange)
- 100 g cocoa
- Fat for the mold
- Breadcrumbs for the form
- Cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients one at a time in a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer until a batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased and breadcrumb-coated loaf pan (any shape works, it doesn’t have to be a square). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-60 minutes (depending on the oven; top/bottom heat is best). Once the cake has cooled, spread it with chocolate glaze.
