Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (chocolate powder), instant
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g hazelnuts, grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar and salt to the butter alternately with the eggs, whisking vigorously until fluffy. Add the chocolate powder, cocoa powder, and ground hazelnuts, then mix in the flour and baking powder alternately with the milk. Pour the mixture into a buttered dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour (test with a toothpick).
