Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g chocolate (dark chocolate), melted
- 170 g sugar
- 200 g butter, soft
- 6 eggs, separated
- 5 tbsp flour
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the softened butter in a bowl and mix with the sugar and egg yolks. Add the melted chocolate, sift the flour into the bowl, and mix everything together until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Brush a round springform pan with a little butter, pour in the batter, and smooth it out. Bake at 180°C (preheated, top/bottom heat) on the lowest baking rack for about 45 minutes. After baking, let it cool slightly and then sift powdered sugar over the cake.
