Chocolate Cake from Tray

The perfect chocolate cake from tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 200 g Margarine
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 75 g Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  1. Put the margarine together with the sugar and the vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir for about 2 minutes at the highest level. Gradually add the eggs and stir again and again in between. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa (amount to taste) and alternate with the buttermilk in small portions. Mix everything with to a uniform mass. Grease the baking sheet (of course a higher one) and distribute the dough evenly on it.
  2. Preheat the oven (fan oven) to 170 degrees for approx. 20 minutes on the middle rack, decorate as you wish
