Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 75 g applesauce, unsweetened
- 2 tsp sugar
- 40 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking cocoa
- 20 g dark chocolate chips
- 20 g chocolate drops, white
- 4 tbsp Nutella
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes
Whisk the eggs with applesauce and sugar. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Finally, add the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into two tulip-shaped jars (500 ml) and microwave them for 2-3 minutes at 600 watts. Meanwhile, heat the Nutella in a water bath and then spread it over the warm cakes. Enjoy the cakes warm.
