Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp, heaped sugar, optional
- 3 tbsp, heaped flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- possibly desiccated coconut, chocolate drops, blueberries, raspberries…etc.
- Butter to grease the cup, or baking paper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Mash the banana with a fork and add the egg. Stir, then add the cinnamon and salt. Add sugar if desired. Stir in the flour until a sticky dough forms. Now you can add ingredients such as desiccated coconut, chocolate chips, blueberries, raspberries, etc. Finally, stir in the baking powder thoroughly. Grease a mug with butter or line it with baking paper and add the batter. Microwave for about 2.5 minutes at 800 watts. This can vary depending on the microwave’s power, so it’s best to adjust the time according to the power of your microwave. So it’s best to check regularly and test with a toothpick whether the mug banana bread is cooked through.
