Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 150 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Cocoa powder, amount to taste
  • Powdered sugar or chocolate coating
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all the batter ingredients together thoroughly and pour the batter into a greased springform pan or bundt pan. Bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes on the middle rack. The cake can then be dusted with powdered sugar or chocolate coating. The cake should definitely cool slightly before cutting, otherwise it will fall apart. It also tastes good to add chocolate shavings to the batter. The batter is very runny, so chocolate chips aren’t ideal.
