Chocolate cake with vanilla sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate, dark
  • 150 g sugar
  • 170 g melted butter
  • 70 g flour
  • 1 cup of coffee (espresso)
  • 1 packet of sauce (vanilla sauce)
  • Fat and flour for the mold
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the flour, continue stirring, and then mix with the melted butter. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with the espresso. Add to the batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and mix in. Grease and flour a round cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan immediately and serve with custard.
