Chocolate cake without baking powder and flour

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g dark chocolate with at least 45 percent cocoa content
  • 60 g sugar
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Using a hand blender, combine the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then stir in the melted chocolate mixture and pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Then refrigerate the dish until the air bubbles disappear. Bake in a preheated oven (convection oven) at 180°C for 20 minutes.
