Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g chocolate (at least 50%)
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
very fast, very juicy, very chocolatey
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Whisk together the eggs and sugar and add to the butter-chocolate mixture. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Refrigerate for about half an hour. Bake at 200°C for half an hour.
