Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 40 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g cream
- 200 g drink powder, something containing cocoa, e.g. Kaba, Nesquik
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- n. B. chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
moist chocolate cake with cream and cocoa
Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then gradually beat in the eggs. When the mixture is thick and creamy, combine the flour with the baking powder, sift, and briefly stir in with the cocoa powder and cream. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 50-55 minutes. Once cooled, glaze with chocolate, if desired.
