Quick pizza rolls from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g wheat flour, 405
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 200 g water, lukewarm
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ cube of yeast, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

as a side dish to salad or antipasti

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead for 2 minutes on the kneading setting. Form the dough into rolls on a floured surface and let them rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes.
