Chocolate cakes for the steamer

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cocoa
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 shot of rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very easy

Combine everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes. Pour the batter into six silicone muffin cups and place them in the steamer for about 20 minutes (I use a Tefal Ultra Compact steamer). Remove the muffins from the cups immediately after cooking and let them cool (although they’re also delicious lukewarm!).
