Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 125 g rice (long grain rice)
- 25 g dark chocolate
- chili flakes
- 80 g bacon, diced
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt
- olive oil

Finely grate the chocolate. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Cook the rice in salted water until al dente. Knead the minced meat with the rice, bacon, chocolate, mustard, and egg, and season with salt and chili. Heat olive oil in a pan. Form the meat mixture into balls or patties and fry them in the oil until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve as a main course with a side dish and salad, or serve cold at a buffet.
