  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g margarine, soft

  • 60 g sugar
  • 3 drops flavoring (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple, quick, inexpensive preparation – very good taste

Chop the chocolate. Place it in a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix well. Using a tablespoon, drop the dough in portions onto a greased baking sheet. Leave enough space between each portion as the dough will rise (mine get about the size of a fist). Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Then, using a palette knife or similar tool, transfer the cookies to a wire rack and let cool. Store the cookies in a tin. They taste best after about 1-2 days. Variations: The chocolate can also be replaced with white chocolate. Chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or raisins can also be added to the dough.
