Macaroni in ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g ham, cooked, lean
  • 400 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 80 g butter
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • Pepper, white
  • Nutmeg, freshly ground
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

very simple and very tasty

Cut the ham into small cubes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the Parmesan cheese. Once the Parmesan cheese has melted, add the cream and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the ham to the sauce and stir well. Then add the pasta to the sauce and mix everything together. Let it simmer over low heat for about 1-2 minutes. Then serve.
