Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g white chocolate
  • 75 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 g double cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the white and dark chocolate. Set aside 25g each for decoration. Bring the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and double cream to a boil, stirring continuously. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes. Divide the mixture in half, stir the remaining 50g of white chocolate into one half and the remaining 50g of dark chocolate into the other half. Layer alternately in glasses. Chill and garnish with the reserved chocolate shavings before serving.
