Chocolate cream with Grand Marnier

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • ⅛ liter whipped cream
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 cl Grand Marnier

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix the pudding powder with a little milk according to the instructions. Dissolve the chocolate in the remaining milk and heat until hot. Add a pinch of salt. Stir in the pudding powder-milk mixture and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and stir into the completely cooled pudding. Then add the liqueur and mix.
