Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, no weighing, for a small household, for 6 muffins

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-assisted or 200°C conventional. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups. It’s best to use two cups per well. Pour the batter into the muffins and bake for about 20 minutes. If you like, you can glaze the muffins with sugar or chocolate. Variations: Instead of the brittle or almonds, you can also use chocolate sprinkles, Smarties, or chocolate shavings. This recipe is especially designed for a household of two. The muffins are quick to make, and you won’t have more leftovers than two people can eat.
