Chocolate curd cream made from homemade pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp sugar, more if desired
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 200 g quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the milk with the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch. Bring the mixture to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Once boiling, stir in the quark and add a little more sugar if you prefer. Pour into glasses or bowls. It can be eaten immediately or refrigerated.
