You will also need a skewer and a plastic container. First, melt the dark chocolate. Place a plastic container at an angle in a small bowl and pour in the melted chocolate. The chocolate needs to cool and solidify. Once the dark chocolate has solidified, melt the white chocolate and pour it over the dark chocolate. To prevent the dark chocolate from melting, the white chocolate must be completely cool. Then pour the milk chocolate over the white chocolate, insert a skewer, and the chocolate doner is ready. Now all you have to do is cut open the container and remove the chocolate. You can now slice the solidified chocolate doner with an apple peeler. For the crêpes, mix together all the ingredients except the flour, then add the flour and prepare the batter. Bake the crêpes in a non-stick pan. I made two crêpes using these ingredients; if you want to make more, you will need to double the quantities. Place a crepe on a serving plate, drizzle with whipped cream, and drizzle with plenty of chocolate over the cream. Top with a variety of fruits. Sprinkle with coconut flakes or nuts, if desired. Close the crepe like an envelope, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and decorate with chocolate sauce. You can also use fruit sauce. Note: Chocolate doner is the latest trend in Turkish cuisine and is truly delicious. I tried making the chocolate doner myself, and it turned out great.
