  • 5 Pepper
  • 2 pointed peppers, red
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Pul Biber
  • 8 tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Lamb pan, a standard recipe of Turkish cuisine

Cut the meat into small pieces, along with the pepperoni and tomatoes. Heat the pizza pan and cook the meat first, then add the pepperoni, seasoning with salt and spices. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes. Cook everything until the tomatoes are soft.
