Chocolate espresso with Amaretto

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 25 ml low-fat milk
  • 25 g cocoa powder, e.g. B. Caotina Noir
  • 55 ml espresso
  • 1 cl Amaretto
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Heat the milk with cocoa powder and sugar, if desired, but do not boil. Brew the espresso, then add it to the milk and cocoa mixture. Add the Amaretto, stir, pour into two espresso cups, and serve immediately. If you’d like to add a little more milk, feel free to do so.
